  • All first time commissioners are to fill out a compliance form as a precautionary step to prevent scams.

  • Watermark will be placed on all work, it is non-removable.

  • work time frame: 2+ weeks digitally, 5+ weeks traditional (to prevent burnout, could be done earlier.)

  • i do not take commissions with a less than a week deadline.

  • Cancellation policy will be sent on TOS digital handout.

  • do not lose contact, failing to contact results in your slot being emptied and cannot request again until next time commissions are open.

  • 50/50 payment or payments in full are acceptable.

  • commercial use is doubled the price.

  • discounts, bundles, and free offers are only given and received through ko-fi users, and commissioners with loyalty cards.

  • 3 major revisions are allowed, after is $5, (minor revisions not included).

  • all commissions are priced on complexity.

  • I do not replicate/copy/trace artwork of others, nor do I change my style in any way. References of art is acceptable, but not direct use.

loyalty cards

Loyalty Cards are given in thanks to commissioners who’ve commissioned over a total of 5 times. It allows freebies, bundles, and discounts depending on their tier. These cards have a 3 tier status.

  • Tier 1: Discounts. You are allowed up to 5 discounts until you’ve reached the next tier.

  • Tier 2: Bundles: 5 bundles until you’ve reach the next tier.

  • Tier 3: Freebies: 5 freebies.

Loyalty Cards are given only by me with my signature and stamped. Loyal clients are to save this digital card and to be sent for every commission for the Tier to be checked off. A digital loyalty card guide will be sent as well.
